Building racial justice takes all of us. UUFRs Anti-Racism Ministry (ARM) team invites you to participate in the “Living the Pledge to End Racism” workshop series scheduled to take place in person at UUFR on Saturdays October 21 and 28 from 9 am to 3:30pm. No matter how much you think you already know about race and racism, this workshop will give you new insight, as well as action steps to be actively anti-racist.

During the workshop, participants will explore their own experience with people of other races, examine their own implicit biases, learn how to speak up when they witness racist acts. At the end of the workshop each participant will develop an individualized action plan to support the work toward ending racism Living the Pledge is suitable for both adults and high-school aged teens.
