DESCRIPTION:Please join us for the CSA’s annual Blessing of the Land. Thi
 s family-friendly activity will be held on Saturday\, June 6 from 12:00-4:
 00 at the John and Brenda Bryant’s JBCubed Farm\, 5240 NC 39 Hwy North\,
  Henderson\, NC 27537 (brick house with an American flag waving on the mai
 lbox).\nThis is a great opportunity to get to know our network farmers and
  learn about the history and experiences of farmers of color in our region
  as we enjoy food and fellowship together. You do not need to be a CSA mem
 ber to attend – all are welcome. RSVPs are helpful but not required. Ple
 ase contact Donna Doran or Paige Clark with questions or to RSVP. We’ll 
 work on ride shares to the farm.\nActivities: We’ll enjoy a pot luck mea
 l (please bring a dish to share)\; You are welcome to bring a cup of soil 
 from your garden\; those who wish to can do some work in Brenda’s buddin
 g Meditation Garden (please bring hats and gloves if you plan to do this)\
 ; and you can just relax!\nBy way of background—UUFR is a charter member
  of the Community Supported Agriculture (CSA) program that was established
  by RAFI (Rural Advancement Foundation International) in 2020 to support f
 armers of color and women farmers in the region.\nHope to see you there as
  we celebrate with the farmers who grow our food.\n
