Several one-hour, in-person sessions on different topics will be held once a month throughout the congregational year so that the Committee on Ministry (CoM) can obtain feedback about how congregational members are experiencing the life and mission of UUFR. These small, guided discussions will become a regular part of the congregational calendar, giving regular feedback to report to the UUFR Board. Please drop in at some point during the year and add your voice to the discussion. Dates, times, & topics will be advertised in The Chalice.      The first two feedback sessions will deal with UUFR communications: your experience with the UUFR website, the weekly newsletter (The Chalice), our Facebook page and Facebook groups, and all the ways in which staff, the board, committees, and the congregation communicate with each other. We need to hear about your experiences as we move forward with website redesign, the use of social media, and figure out the best methods for providing information and facilitating communication. We need established members, new members, families, single members, and visitors to provide feedback.
      Sessions before the end of 2023 will be scheduled as follows:

• Wednesday, September 13th, 7:00 pm – “Communications”
• Sunday, October 1st, 11:30 am – “Communications” (bring your Holy Bowly meal) 
• Wednesday, October 25th 7:00 pm – Topic TBD
• Sunday, November 5th, at 11:30 am – Topic: TBD
• Sunday, December 3rd, 11:30 am – Topic: TBD
