Help Us Tell UUFR’s Story – Update Your Breeze Profile

As part of the ministerial search process, the UUFR Search Team is preparing a Congregational Record. This is a comprehensive document required by the Unitarian Universalist Association (UUA). This record paints a picture of our community for prospective ministers: who we are, what we care about, and where we hope to go.

To Tell that story accurately and meaningfully, we need your help.

Please check or update the following fields in your Breeze profile:

• Contact Information  (email, address, phone number)
• Age
• Age and Ethnicity
• Gender Identitiy
• Household details (partner/spouse, children)
• Photo

This information doesn’t just keep our directory current, it helps us reflect the richness and diversity of our community while telling a more authentic story of our congregation. This helps the Search Team create a more complete Congregational Record and ensures we are communicating clearly with everyone who wants to be part of this journey. And just as importantly, it helps potential ministers get to know us as whole people—not just numbers or attendance data. When ministers get a clear sense of who we are, they can better discern whether UUFR is the spiritual community they are called to lead.

How to update your Breeze profile on a computer:

1. Log into Breeze: https://uufr.breezechms.com/r/dashboard
2. Click “My Profile”
3. Click the “Main” tab to update contact info and basic details
4. Click “Demographics” (right-hand menu) to update identity-related info
5. Click “Volunteer and Leadership Interests” If you’d like to note how you engage with UUFR
6. Optional: Check your Medical Information for any accessibility updates
