Every Sunday morning during service we have spiritual programming for our youngest community members. We share worship with children using monthly spiritual themes drawn from Soul Matters.
All children’s programming will be offered at 9:30 a.m. and 11:15 a.m. services.
Childcare is available every Sunday in our nursery during service in 103 Peace Hall lead by our Childcare specialist Michelle Williamson.
Parents of infants are welcome to keep their children with them either in the Sanctuary or in the Wiggle Room at the rear of the sanctuary.

Chalice Chapel

Children gather in 201 Peace Hall together for their own short worship service lead by Family Ministry Director Dana Lundquist and Jennifer Williams in the Peace Hall which will include hymns, joys and sorrows, interactive wisdom tales, and mindfulness practices to deepen their understanding of each months’ spiritual theme.
First Sunday Time for All Ages
On the first Sunday of each month, children and their families will begin together in the Sanctuary for wisdom tales and annual community rituals such as Water Communion, Child Dedication, and Animal Blessings.
Children and their families can explore our Justice Ministries together by signing up to learn about social justice events for all ages. You can see opportunities from this past year here.
Children’s Choir for 1st – 5th Graders
This is a non-auditioned group open to children in first through fifth grade. Beginning in fall 2024, this group will rehearse 10:40am to 11:10am every Sunday except the first Sunday of the month. This group will typically sing in services on the first Sunday of the month, since that is when children and adults begin in the sanctuary together. Though sign-ups will go out in summer, children may join this group at any time during the year. Please email for more details.
Circle of Beloveds for 3rd & 4th Graders
Circle of Beloveds is a five session UU curriculum designed to provide children an exploration of racial and ethnic identity and racism in light of our faith’s values. Offered at the same time as the Living the Pledge program for adults, we hope for families to have an opportunities to deepen their understanding and commitment to racial justice and inclusion together.
Scheduled for Sundays January 12th – February 9th from 11:15 a.m. – 1:15 p.m.
