As UUFR prepares to call a new lead minister, we’re inviting you to help us describe who we are, what matters most to us, and what we’re looking for in ministry. This fall, the Lead Minister Search Team and Committee on Ministry will host a series of Searching Circles (small group conversations open to everyone in our community.)
These meetings are a chance to reflect together on questions like:
– What are you most proud of about UUFR?
– What do you want the new Lead Minister to continue, not change?
– What work seems slow, stuck, or left undone?
– What new direction do you hope the new Lead minister will lead us in?
– What is an important question that you think the Search Team should ask the candidates for Lead Minister?
Facilitated by members of the Search Team and Committee on Ministry, these gatherings will offer space to listen, share, and discover our shared values and hopes for UUFR’s future. Each session will last 1.5 hours.
