This interactive workshop will be led by Rev. Patrice K. Curtis, UUA Transformational Interim Ministries Director. Rev. Patrice will guide us in exploring the unconscious biases we all carry about age, race, gender, ability, class, and how those might influence how we see ministerial candidates. It’s not about judgment; it’s about awareness.
By engaging in this work together, we can ensure that our search process is fair, inclusive, and grounded in our UU values. It’s also an opportunity to deepen our understanding of one another and strengthen our sense of shared purpose as we look toward UUFR’s future.
Your participation matters. Please RSVP by November 9 and join us for a morning of learning, conversation, and community.
