JOIN US! We meet monthly at UUFR on the first Wednesday of the month at 7:00 pm, UUFR Fellowship Hall, Room 101. Come once to say hello, or regularly to engage in the work. All LGBTQIA+ members and allies are welcome.
Some people may not be comfortable going to the polls this year. We are particularly concerned about transgender people who may be concerned about: the general hostility in the political arena, being misgendered, having their dead name read out loud, and their photo ID not matching their current presentation. We encourage anyone who will find it difficult to vote in person to request a mail-in ballot and join us on October 13 for a mail-in ballot celebration. We will have election experts, notaries, and a printer to make copies of photo IDs.
