What is a Continuing Care Retirement Community (CCRC)? Are you considering moving to Glenaire or Magnolia Glen or Waltonwood? What is the difference between rental and equity communities? On Sunday May 17th at 1 p.m. join us for a presentation from the NC Dept of Insurance to learn about CCRCs. We will discuss the different kinds of contracts, the waiting lists, and the services offered. Be an educated consumer as you (or your parents!) consider this kind of senior housing.
