Are you mourning a significant loss in your life? Are you struggling with difficult feelings resulting from that loss? While we typically associate grief with the death of someone close, we may also find ourselves grieving the loss of a relationship, loss of a job, or even our ability to function as we once did. If this resonates with you, you might want to consider joining in the upcoming Grief Support Workshop Series, which will kick off on Wed, Jan 14 at 7:00 PM after the Wed night dinner. There will be a total of six 90-min. sessions held biweekly (Jan 14, Jan 28, Feb 11, Feb 25, Mar 11 and Mar 25), led by two of our Lay Ministers, Eleanor Goodwin and Judy Keyes.
This workshop will build connections between members of the cohort, and will explore misconceptions surrounding grief, the process of grieving, finding meaning in loss, and taking care of oneself. We encourage participants to attend all 6 sessions. The Enrollment will be limited to twelve participants; you may register here.
