SoulCollage®, an “expressive art,” is a process that brings together images, imagination and intuition to help you discover and explore your “inner self.” The SoulCollage® method, created by psychotherapist Seena Frost, M.A., M.Div., is fun and playful. At the same time, it often yields profound insights. No special skill or artistic experience is required. You do not need to “be an artist”! SoulCollage® meets you wherever you are in your life’s journey. Using images from magazines and other sources, you will create your very own 5”x 8” SoulCollage® cards and then you will use them to gain insight and self-knowledge. All materials will be supplied.
