“Lay-led Worship Workshop”

This year a UUFR, Rev. James is planning to have more lay-led worship services on various topics. Are you interested in helping plan and participate in these worship services? Or would you even like to learn how to write and preach a sermon on your own? This workshop will help you learn how. It is not necessary to sign up to attend. If you would like to help plan and participate in lay-led worship services, but cannot attend the workshop, please contact Rev. James at .
“Introduction to Unitarian Universalism”

Wednesdays, October 8, October 22, November 5, November 19, and December 3, 7 – 8:30 p.m. in Room 201, Peace Hall
This class is especially for newcomers to UUFR and Unitarian Universalism. During the class, participants will learn about Unitarian Universalist, history, beliefs, and values. More importantly, the class features a lot of small group discussion, so participants will also have a chance to get to know other people while they explore and discuss you’re their own beliefs and values with one another. Childcare will be provided if requested.
