Almost every Friday morning, 10:30 a.m. – 12 noon, UUFR members collect food and other items to help some of our most vulnerable neighbors. Collection point is in UUFR’s back parking lot, or up top in case of rain. Please refer to Upcoming Events for details.
Donations will be used to provide snack/meal bags for our unsheltered homeless who are staying at shelters in downtown Raleigh. Sign up here to donate. If you are not able to drop off your donations on Friday morning, you may leave your labeled donations in the cabinet in the lower foyer of Fellowship Hall. If you prefer to donate money, someone will shop for you! Either write and mail or deliver a check payable to UUFR with “CEC Grocery Fund” in the memo line or visit www.uufr.org/give and select “give to other;” complete the other information, and press “continue.” On the next screen, please enter “CEC Grocery Fund” on the “Comments (optional)” line.
