As the weather heats up, farm workers are particularly vulnerable in our state and several have died or suffered brain damage from the heat over the past few harvests. In cooperation with El Futuro Es Nuestro, UU Justice NC leads an annual campaign to purchase electrolyte hydration packets that workers can add to their water to help maintain hydration.
