UUFR 101
Saturday, February 1, 10 a.m. – 1 p.m.
Rev. James will lead a class titled “UUFR 101” on Saturday morning, February 1, 2025, 10 a.m. – 1 p.m. This class is both for people who have recently become members and those who are still considering membership and want more information.
There will be a taco bar lunch for all participants at the end of the class, and childcare will be provided upon request.
This class is to learn how UUFR works on the inside. It is like a civics class, but for UUFR and hopefully more fun. Topics covered include congregational structure and decision making, money matters, volunteering, giving feedback and handling conflict, and using our database.
(For those who want to learn more about Unitarian Universalist history, beliefs, and values, read Rev. James’s book or sign up for the “Introduction to Unitarian Universalism” class he will lead in Fall 2025.)
Sign up here for the class. The sign-up deadline is Sunday, January 26, at 11:59 p.m.
