Setting Boundaries for Healthy Relationships
Sometimes the best way to nurture a relationship is to say “No.” Rev. Carrie will be leading a class about how to set and maintain Healthy Boundaries on Sunday, March 29th from 2:30-5:30 p.m.
This class will explore how setting healthy boundaries can help us understand our own needs and strengthen our relationships. Curriculum will be based on the book “Set Boundaries, Find Peace” and its companion “The Set Boundaries Workbook,” both written by Nedra Glover Tawwab, MSW, LCWS. Sexuality Education For Adults
We are offering 6 sessions of Adult OWL. The first session will be on the topic of “Sexuality and Values.” The topics covered in the subsequent 5 sessions will be based on participants’ interests. You will have the opportunity to vote on which sessions are of most interest to you later on in this form. Sessions will be held every week on Sunday nights, from 7-9 p.m., starting on April 12th, ending on May 17th. We encourage participants to attend all 6 sessions. Sign up here.
